Shipping
We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all US orders via USPS, including shipping to military bases (APO/FPO) and P.O. Boxes. We also provide the express shipping option that is FedEx's 2nd day shipping.
Tracking your order
- You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered, once the order is placed. Please note, this does not guarantee fulfillment of the order and only confirms we have received your request.
- Once the order has been processed and fulfilled, you will receive another email with the tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the shipping email.
- if you are a registered SP Sophia Collection member, please log into your account and locate the tracking details under “My Account” and then “My Orders”.
